Konza United Way is Accepting Letters of Intent for 2019 Funding
Konza United Way is accepting letters of intent for 2019 funding from viable 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations whose programming provides for local community needs in health, education or income within the six-county region of Clay, Marshall, Potawatomie, Riley, Washington and Wabaunsee County.
All letters of intent must outline each program’s services and needs for funding in 350 words or less. All letters must be accompanied by the nonprofit organization’s most recent audit or review; compilations will not be accepted.
Letters will be accepted now through Monday February 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm. The letters will be accepted by hand-delivery to the Konza United Way office, sent via US Mail or electronically via email.

Financial Requirement Policy
for Agencies Applying for Konza United Way Funding
Konza United Way requires all agencies applying for grants to submit either a review or an audit. An audit will be required if one of the following conditions apply: the agency has revenue that is equal to or greater than $300,000 or the agency has assets that are equal to or greater than $500,000. Compilations will not be accepted.
This policy will be enforced beginning with the 2017 Letter of Intent process.
