Q: Why do you support KUW?
A: I have been a supporter of the United Way my entire adult life. I recognized early that United Ways was an opportunity for individuals that had a giving heart but not a lot of personal wealth, to pool their gifts to make a difference in their communities. The funds stay local and are geared to helping those who need it the most. The KUW is focused on making a difference with its limited resources and I support their efforts 100 percent and am proud to be a donor as well as a board member.
